We offer you Edinburgh's first commercial experimental cooking. We cook from the heart but we don't guarantee your safety. Eating at one's own risk is our punch line. We strive to serve your dishes warm but we cant ensure it. We use the freshest ingredients that we can find, however never ask how we obtained them. Don't ask, Don't tell is our policy.

Maeve's and Nick's Diner only operates via appointments and reservations. We choose and pick of customers and place them into our list of exclusive clientele. So don't bother calling us if you are a nobody. We charge by the minute.
